The interested applicant makes a request from the relevant company’s employee i.e. revenue clerk, plumber or site supervisor. Once the client has completed application form including ID, contact information of an already existing connection within proximity of target premises. Application form is ksh 1000/=. The application form is processed immediately after form submission (before the applicant leaves the office). Installation of connection is done within 5 days of making payment and installation is done by the technical team.
